We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Asaba, Delta

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee general administrative duties and ensure office operations run smoothly.
  • Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for facility staff and managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and facility regulations.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new administrative staff.
  • Liaise with facility technicians, contractors, and external service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Handle office equipment maintenance and act as the first point of contact for administrative inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of service contracts, vendor contacts, and maintenance logs.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required.
  • Oversee inventory management of office and facility supplies.
  • Support procurement activities by preparing purchase requests and following up with vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Vendor and Inventory management is an added advantage.
  • Candidates residing around Okpanam Road, Asaba, Delta state will be favourably considered.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
